Sugarfest is an agricultural show held every 2 years at Amatikulu Country Club in Zululand.  Primarily it’s a place where exhibitors can showcase their products to farmers.  But it is also a show for the whole family. Children love climbing on all the different tractors that are on display! It’s a paradise for young children.  One of our exhibitors is bringing a jumping castle and the “Candyfloss lady” will be back again this year.

On Thursday afternoon you will find many families in the big marquee enjoying sundowners. We also have our usual “tug of war” which is hotly contested between North of the Tugela vs South of the Tugela and various companies challenge others – it’s great fun.

At 6pm, our entertainment starts with Leon singing and playing his guitar. The music continues into the night and the atmosphere is great!

Come along, bring your grandchildren, children and friends and enjoy the show. You will see lots of old acquaintances and enjoy the general comradery of a Zululand Show
.

Sugarfest is a serious tradeshow with a heart of fun. We look forward to meeting you there!

On behalf of the SUGARFEST committee, I wish a warm welcome to all exhibitors, farmers and visitors to Sugarfest 2015.

Amatikulu is an ideal central venue with spacious grounds, good security and free parking close to the action. Besides all the interesting products on show, there will be various demonstrations, test drives and “breathtaking” aerial crop spraying displays.  Helicopters will also be taking to the sky, offering exciting flights.

In the evening and in true Sugarfest spirit, there will be live music, lucky draws and prizes in the big top.  The ever popular “tug of war” north vs south is not to be missed!

Grateful thanks to Tongaat Huletts for accommodating Sugarfest.

The prevailing dry conditions have made us all somewhat depressed – a visit to SUGARFEST - where meeting with old friends, should cheer us up and look positively forward to good Spring and summer rains.

Cheerio and see you all at the show!
